Each lot is prepared to a written fermentation and drying protocol. The fields below are the basis for a lot record; final lot values are supplied with the sample or shipment, not guessed for the website.
Chaque lot est préparé selon un protocole écrit de fermentation et de séchage. Les valeurs finales sont fournies avec l’échantillon ou l’expédition.
